MSCT  NON CE SHOWS  SKIN AND  SUBCUTANOUS   FATTY EDEMA, LOCATED THE  2 HANDS AND  FOREARM, RIGHT  HALF BODY, AND RIGHT LEG WHILE   BONES AND MUSCLES ARE NORMAL.
